Worst place I've ever worked - Project Coordinator Trusted Technology Partnership Employee Review

I’ve had the opportunity to work with a genuinely talented, supportive, and knowledgeable team. People are approachable, willing to help each other, and open to sharing what they know, which creates a collaborative working environment. There are good opportunities for development here, particularly for those who are proactive, take initiative, and want to grow their skills. My own experience working here has been positive and constructive. I feel supported by my colleagues and have enjoyed being part of a team that takes pride in the work it does. Day to day collaboration and communication have been strong, and I’ve found the culture to be far more cooperative than adversarial. I’m aware that some reviews online present a very different picture, but I can only speak honestly about my own time here. From my experience, I have never been asked or incentivised to leave a positive review, and I’m sharing this feedback because it reflects how I genuinely feel about working here. I think it’s important that people considering a role are able to see a range of perspectives, and this review represents mine. Overall, I enjoy my work, value the people I work with, and am glad to be part of the team.

You are asked to explain everything you're doing in fine detail. If you miss a something you can expect to be 'invited' to a meeting to discuss it with HR and a director. If you need to take unplanned leave last minute for child care you can expect an "I'll check with HR" or when you get back in the next day "so unpaid leave for yesterday"?
