monday to friday, multicultural environment, modern office

Cons

the training period is too long and you need to focus a lot to understand all their products. when you have a problem with a customer, it's very difficult to find a team leader to escalate it because they are always busy with something. you also gotta be careful with everything you do or the quality controllers will mark you down and if you make too many mistakes you get penalized.

regular wfh is good, and the food is quite deliclious around company.

lack of clear promotion paths, fast-paced environment.
