Pros

Nothing good about this place

Cons

Overworked, they pay you one salary but you are expected to do the job of two departments, HR is awful and very much in charge of the company, cannot be trusted. Many people suffer stress and they disregard them completely, and when they cannot longer cope then they get sacked rather than supported or provide a better work balance. They pressure you into giving good reviews, but this is just to get their bonuses paid.

regular wfh is good, and the food is quite deliclious around company.

lack of clear promotion paths, fast-paced environment.
