Pros
The Revenue Integrity Department has a lot of potential to significantly effect positive change for the organization with the understanding of regulations and requirements between departments. This department can facilitate improvements in processes, policy and procedures within departments as well as between the different areas.The staff are knowledgeable and great to work with.
Cons
There is a negative attitude towards the patients/customers. Staff lack patience or manners with the general public. Young staff personal are rude and expectations are out of line with normal places of work. There is a lot of favoritism and cliques in departments.
