      Toxic | No Work/Life Balance | Where Careers Go to Die

      Pros

      There are some great colleagues to work with here. The benefits are really good and competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership does not care about their employees' health and well-being. Intentionally runs their employees into the ground by staying short staffed. They are not flexible and there is no such thing as work/life balance. Lots of gas lighting by managers and teammates throw each other under the bus. There is no recognition, no growth opportunities and no career paths.

      Pros

      Most co-workers are friendly and helpful. Patients are wonderful and make coming to work everyday worthwhile. Not much else I can say positive.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized. No one knows what they are doing from day to day. More work is given then can possibly be done in a day. Expectations change constantly and usually with very little warning. Policies/procedures change and only half of the staff are made aware.
