Pros
Residents were amazing. I wish I could of worked privately for them. Kitchen staff was always very nice to me and residents. Nurses were always prompt on medication
Cons
Felt I was doing to much work for what I was being paid for. I worked nights and day shift was always busier and they got paid what I did. 8-9 dollars an hour to take care of 10+ residents. Is nothing. Management Fired me because they "heard" I was gonna quit anyways. In which I had no plans of doing.
