Pros
There are so I will just list a few; 1.) Very employee conscious, they are always helping us to grow not only in our position but as people populating a culture. 2.) I have always had fair and honest treatment. 3.)Real access not only to my direct supervisors but all the way up the chain. 4.) The pay is very commensurate and raises are there every year and this company has never had a lay off or reduction in pay required of it's employees. 5.) WE have a very dynamic culture here at Transwestern so you can be as active as you would like, the sky is the limit for an industrious person. 6.) Last but not least they educate us not only in our position but in all areas and the market progression.
Cons
I really can't say there are any glaring ones, like any large company certain things may get lost in translation but I have never seen an employee treated unfairly or not given the opportunity to work through any challenge.
