The screening was fine. The two person interview was fine. The panel and ghosting was inappropriate. One man seemed very bored and one panelist asked me very inappropriate questions about my previous employer, then mostly talked about herself. I thought I did OK, but heard nothing for 2 weeks.

Question 1
How would you handle different priorities at once?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Transwestern (Houston, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
This was one of the most unorganized interview processes I’ve experienced. I completed a total of four interviews. During the third, I met with the executive team — one of whom arrived 15 minutes late. By that point, I already sensed this wasn’t the right company for me.
On the same morning as my final interview with two Executive Assistants, I had fortunately received another offer from another company. I found it unusual to have a panel interview with two EAs for an EA role, but I went through with it. Unfortunately, that last interview left me feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against based on race — something I will never tolerate. I felt it was important to share this experience so others can approach this company with awareness.

Question 1
What is the best part of being an EA? What is the most difficult?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Transwestern (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview was smooth and easygoing. The interviewers made me feel at ease throughout the process. There were three rounds of interviews, and most of the questions were straightforward and conversational, focusing on my background, motivation, and understanding of the role.
