Helpful/collaborative colleagues despite the lack of direction at times from the top, SLT are genuinely nice people Great marketing team, helpful for the sales people, Work life balance, WFH an option for some, Welcoming onboarding process from the girls in HR

Unrealistic targets for the sales team, don't really think the company is set up for sales people, if you want to earn bonus each month, don't join, Incentives are poor, £10 Vouchers.. Micromanagement by certain individuals, Bonus and commission structures are minimal or non existent, reducing motivation. The sales process is slow, making it difficult to close deals efficiently - having meetings for the sake of meetings at times, Pay disparities exist among team members in identical roles, Depressing office, sitting in the dark most days, As a result of all these issues, team morale is low.
