Pros
People I work with are generally very nice to work with and knowledgeable. Salary is good, there are bonuses for seniors and above. Higher positions also get stock options.
Cons
It used to be great place to work, then a lot of high management got replaced with ex Amazon employees, which had an impact on culture of the company. Last year 300 people got fired put of blue. Product has not improved much in years, it just got rewritten multiple times.
