Pros

Commission structure is better than most

Cons

Company doesnt take covid seriously. Employees consistently exposed when you elect to go get tested your lambasted and black balled for working from home and not being a team player. Treats leasing consultants like hired help, makes them do all the grunt work, piles on them with out ever chipping in, left work in tears many days because I was left drowning answering phones and helping residents while management refused to help take calls or leave their office. When irrate residents refused to talk to me or clearly a situation needed to be escalated up the chain of command management wouldnt step up. All the home office would do is just preacg how great their culture is while their lowest level Employees drown. Run far away from this company. All they do is make promises they never keep.

Pros

Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Cons

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
