Pros

Amazing engineering team that is under valued. Recruiters should definitely reach out, as I know many people are looking.

Cons

The CEO is very questionable. His demeanor is many times offensive, despite trying really hard to maintain a good image (it’s all “lipstick”). I felt many times bullied and micromanaged, working under absurd deadlines and in a very stressful environment. The CEO is the root cause of that, which is pushing great people at all levels to leave the company.

Thank you for the candid feedback. Although it's hard for me to hear, I am always open to finding out where I can be more effective. We have a very fast-paced environment in which quality is a high priority. I will take to heart how I can do a better job of helping us still move fast while not compromising quality and keeping morale high. And I wholeheartedly agree - our engineering team is amazing!
