Interview
A typical product interview process:
1. An informational 15 min recruiter call.
2. A 45 minute interview with the hiring manager.
3. A virtual loop with 5 employees in various groups spanning engineering, marketing, product and design.
4. A final loop with executives.
The only difference with Tile over other organizations was no sample product presentation was required to be presented.
The recruiters were responsive, friendly and accommodating. I was also able to have an additional conversation with the hiring manager post offer.
My driving decision to accept the offer was a phenomenal introductory call with the hiring manager which really set a positive tone for Tile and the team.
