      You work with a group of smart people in a collaborative, healthy environment. Everyone is eager to share their knowledge. The culture in Tigera is something that distinguishes this company from any other company. There are no politics and you will get to experience full transparency from the leadership level across different teams. You get to express your opinions and drive change in the company to make things better. This is the company that believes the best idea wins regardless of your job title.

      There is no downside to working in Tigera. You will love the culture, people, benefits, teamwork, and all the fun events.

      Pros

      Throughout the interview process, I learned a lot about the company's core values from everyone I met. These core values, including "respect, support and collaborate with each other", which really resonate with me and helped me make my decision to join the team. I've been at the company for about a month and everyone around me has welcomed me and helped me get up to speed. I look forward to learning and contributing to the success of the company along side my peers!
