Where to begin? Management is a complete joke, never knows what is actually going on. They LOVE to micromanage and act as if working there is a luxury in itself. Every since the LVMH acquisition it gets progressively worse. There is no employee appreciation, no team outings/ bonding but they want you to converse with your peers. It is a job we are not here to fraternize. There is little emphasis put on sales goals and meeting that mark because it is UNATTAINABLE! Every month they expect 2-3million dollars in sales while there is a recession on the rise and product is slim. It is overall a frustrating unrewarding job. The events are hysterical because there is no direction! They expect VIP clients to attend but do not send VIPS any holiday trinkets or any acknowledgement unless you as a CA make it happen and pay for it with your own funds.
