Pros

-THE DISCOUNT. Not on reg merchandise but the Tiffany & Co employee store is heaven on earth. I think I spent more there then I actually made :) -Co-workers: However this is completely dependent on your store. Mine were great to work with! -Customers: Yes there is some snobbish intolerable ones but generally they are super sweet and its always wonderful to help them find something for someone special be it a significant other, family member or child. -Wearing the product: You are able to check out

Cons

-Outdated technology. Tiffany computers still run on win 95. Always freezing. Store manager had to haggle with corporate to get a "new" laptop for the floor. Internal cataloging systems look like programs run on MS Dos with a neon 10-bit color scheme (I have on good authority it has never changed since first implemented). -Competitive nature. I worked in a store where generally everyone got along and was great to work with but even we had a ton of competitive undertones. If you don't like competitive retail then Tiffany's is not for you.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
