Pros
Complete autonomy for work and decision making. Product based long term planning is great for work life balance. Remote working is possible. Decent tech stack (not cutting edge though) and good type of work. You feel good about the work you do and get a sense of staying relevant in Industry. Direct access to CxO team once a month for 'live' question and answers. I have never seen this earlier in my career. Salary wise it is definitely in the top quadrant though not in the league of the companies that are known as pay masters. Stability wise, it’s a 20 plus years solid European product based company that has long term contracts with its customers. Solid financial foundations. For me having a workplace where I don’t have to worry about stability of my job or about the company sustainability is more important.
Cons
None for myself. However for new aspirants, I think cracking the interview can be relatively tough.
