Pros

There are no pros to working at Thinkproject. Be warned.

Cons

What a disaster, where to start. The company is in total disarray, every colleague I have spoken to is unhappy or unwell and looking for a way out. Staffing level are obviously too high which may be pre planned as they anticipate poor staff retention this year due to treating staff badly. The onboarding process consists of leaving you to it but the systems are so overly complicated and unorganised that new starters stand little or no chance of finding any relevant information. Managers are often condescending or passive aggressive and do not like to be questioned. If you do have any queries on products responses are slow if at all, which can be very frustrating. Targets change throughout the year and any payments on quota achievement is backdated. I’ve heard horror stories from a number of long standing colleagues of vastly reduced bonuses or even no payment at all! The UK business is under immense pressure from Group (Germany) to deliver massive growth without any regard for staff wellbeing or indeed customer experience. It may be the case that the brand is being prepared for sale by the owner, a private equity fund? I was so excited to start working at TP but it’s not at all as I expected. Please take time to reach out to any current employees on LinkedIn and speak to them before you consider leaving your current role.

Pros

- Good Salary - Nice colleagues - Flexible working hours

Cons

- Management changes all the time - C-Level unhelpful and communication does not match actions; consists of ex-colleagues and friends of the CEO; do not have industry knowledge - Not listening to the employees (bad results of an employee survey are being ignored) - Very high employee turn over - many Jobs move to Eastern Europe, which creates an atmosphere of mistrust - Management decides everything, no freedom for the employee to make decisions - Some managers lack people management skills and professional communication - Very hierarchical structure and way of working - No growth opportunities - Lack of benefits outside of Germany - Old or non-existing systems and tools

Pros

99% WFH Good tech stack, in most teams

Cons

1. Pathetic Insurance cover, no option to include parents 2. HR department is almost invisible 3. Top Indian management is busy making European superiors happy 4. All the existing Indian Management people who had capabilities have left, leaving other employees on ground orphans in 2024 5. It was a good company to join in initial times, 2 years back, now its not worth to join this setup where no one knows what is coming next. 6. India is just a outsource location for the company
