Pros
Since I worked in customer service I was able to really meet a lot of great people from the neighborhood. I learned new skills and abilities that I was able to use in a new position.
Cons
The franchise owner I worked for didn't feel the need to put any money into the aging look of the store. Carpet, bathroom, counters were all aged and in need of repair. Also there was a bit of confusion with the customers regarding packing materials and Latrobe costs.
