      I'm able to get 40 hours per week

      Cons

      Your schedule moves around all the time, pay is low, no benefits, constant verbal abuse from "customers" (in quotes because most people who enter aren't even paying customers for the store, just people there to return items for Amazon which we earn literal pennies for).

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
