Pros
The pros very from location to location as The UPS Stores are a franchise so you will work for different people. My experiences have been great at my store. You have the opportunity to learn many different things working here. Flexible schedules, some benefits depending on the owner.
Cons
Franchises is general I feel like limit your opportunity. It is a national company but because they are independently owned and operated is the benefits packages are just not as available. Small businesses for the most part can't afford a really nice package that could be obtained if you worked for UPS.
