Pros

Work at The Intern Group was cyclical. Meaning high demand during the late winter and spring, to anticipate summer placements. The quiet months were used to do business management and onboard new companies or persue new projects

Cons

Salary was very low. Allowences and benefits were almost non existent. There's very few space to grow in the organisation. The bonus scheme was poorly managed and not open for cross reference, making trust decrease.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. As a growing global company operating across 16 countries, we recognize the challenges in creating competitive compensation & benefit packages, which is why we regularly conduct thorough research on this topic. We’re proud of our 31 day PTO policy and our flexible working policy, and continue to evaluate additional benefits we can offer to our diverse international team. We acknowledge your concerns about growth opportunities and our bonus structure. We strive to make our bonus program as transparent as possible while respecting that it remains discretional and tied to overall company performance. Your suggestions regarding 360 evaluations and staff development are valuable. Our existing performance reviews use the 360 method, attaining feedback from peers for a balanced and fair assessment. That being said, meaningful feedback and professional growth are priorities for 2025, building on the positive manager-team relationships we’ve cultivated over the past years. We appreciate your insights as we work to improve our workplace experience.

Pros

Staffing agency itself is reliable and communicative

Cons

The employers they placed me with was shady and fired me unfairly and the intern group itself won’t reassign you if you’re fired because they reserve the right to not have to reassign you if you are fired for any reason in their terms and conditions
