Pros
It by far the best restaurant I've worked for. I make pretty decent money, and they really make an effort to keep staff informed in detail about our product. It makes my shifts run much more smoothly.
Cons
Servers are micro managed, and are always dumped on for any problems in the restaurant. But that all comes with working in that industry...
