Pros
I have some of the best memories working in the bodyshop, I made friends for life, was giving the opportunity to progress and flexibility in working hours.
Cons
They do not have enough staff, as the years went by, people were not being replaced and working alone became an option which I did not enjoy. There was way too much pressure on sales consultant there.
