Textline is an incredible company on an exciting path to success. Career development is key here, from the thorough onboarding process to the weekly lunch & learns, continuing education is a theme . The team is smart, energetic and inclusive and the c-level execs genuinely want the best for their employees. It's rare to find such a supportive group both personally and professionally. It should also be said that at the center of it all lies a very strong product (the Textline platform) which you can be proud to represent. Cons
As with most startup/growth phase companies, it's up to you to own your role and drive success for yourself and your team. Not much hand holding or red tape-- for the right person this is a Pro, but if that's not for you, it could be a Con.
