- Lots of teams and experienced people to learn from - Easy to move internally if you are interested in another area - Events and free samples at the main office - Good culture where people care about each other
Cons
- Tech is frustrating and slow moving at times - Very risk-averse culture - Quite heirarchical and path to promotion is not clear - Number of teams and people means you're often just trying to stay on top of communication rather than doing meaningful work
