Really interesting work from the perspective of everybody already knows the business as most people have shopped there and can think of ways to improve it! Really friendly peers there and Tesco is great for your CV!
Cons
Management try to restructure the organisation numerous times, you get moved around with no thought to what you want to do even though HR continually say they are always thinking about your career progression.
