I really don't have much to say here. The work on paper sounds intellectually stimulating?
Cons
[1] Static client and project type list with almost no corporate work that is mostly about playbooking a few bps of margin for a B2B SaaS PortCo. [2] Intense DEI pressure is blocking promotions for white men (including those from poor socio-ec backgrounds, disabled, LGBTQ, etc.); HiPos without sales targets get stuck and leave. [3] CEO/Chair are incredibly uninspiring and basically checked out of a business should be in growth mode. Why is the vision to tread water? [4] Leadership team are friendly but the egos are massive and it's impossible to get things done faster. [5] Basically a Deloitte + PR shop with a consultancy tacked-on which brings internal and external challenges.
