Pros
401k is decent, though pretty standard. Snacks on occasion, Refrigerator is stocked with beverages, unlimited vacation/sick days (Though Senior Leadership frowns upon you taking it too often), Happy hour on occasion (sometimes about once a month)
Cons
Micromanaging, zero room for growth, low salaries, terribly expensive health insurance, long work hours, politics play a major part (no surprise here), high turnover because of the above, Little benefits compared to how much money Senior Leadership is taking in,
