Cons

If you are NOT white, DO NOT even think about applying for a position at the Ridgeland, Mississippi location!!! I applied for a job at Telligen and when I submitted my application, they asked me a few questions to "get to know me." One of the questions was about my race, which is normal for a company to ask whenever you apply. Understandable. I selected the racial group that I identify with and waited to hear back from the company regarding an interview. A couple days later, they company sent me an email with a link regarding my background. The link took me to a page that asked me the SAME questions again regarding my race! Why would they need to ask me that AGAIN? There were SO many other questions to ask me regarding the position itself, but somehow, they are ONLY concerned with my race. They never asked me my interest in the position, recent successes that would be congruent to the position, or anything else regarding the job at Telligen. It's very disappointing because I know about the people that live in Ridgeland, MS. I know how racist they can be and how they love to distance their self from people that do not look like them. To the person reading this review: If you are NOT-white, do not bother applying for a position at the Ridgeland, MS location. You will save yourself from working in a racist/prejudice environment where people judge you based on the color of your skin and the stereotypes associated with it. Save your time, keep your peace, and apply to somewhere else instead!
