Pros
Consistent work and pacing at the company. They can usually guarantee 40 hours a week.
Cons
Unless you know someone higher up, there's no room to grow. They hire in new people at higher wages every few months while those who have been with the company remain stagnant or below new hiring wages regardless of their incoming experience. Management is trained to show that they are listening to you and any concerns you have, though their actions always show that they do not care and will disregard your concerns. Pay does not reflect what is expected out of you each day, camera's are in every corner of the facility and are monitored all day to ensure productivity. Messy and disorganized shop floor and for a team that is dedicated to safety, they constantly employ unsafe practices and getting proper PPE is a hassle for having to deal with harmful chemicals all day. CEO walks around frequently and is extremely unfriendly in most interactions and has stated to many employees that any attempt to unionize, he will fire everyone and shut down so he can reopen under a different name with all new employees.
