Can be a good place to work

Pros

If you are lucky enough to start in a position other than player or writing up work procedures it is a good place to work. Opportunities for advance and normal vacation come if you get through a year or two. They do a good job of explaining company metrics. Internal trainings are useful and will travel with you when you leave the company. They had a great employee recommendation program where anyone could suggest process improvements.

Cons

It is a game company. At least 7 of the 110- 130 when I worked there were related. Some of them should have retired a decade or two ago or not returned. They were holding the company back at the time I left. Management was 3 women and 8 white men. The woman were not listened to as well as the could have been and there was no effort to recruit better qualified non-violent members

Pros

Interesting place to work if you aren't squeamish about chemicals. Pay attention to safety and PPE and you'll be fine. There's a lot to learn about the plating and metal finishing industry.

Cons

Health insurance isn't great, and there can be a weird mix of old school and new school ways of doing things depending on what department you're working with.
