Pros
-The staff is like a bunch of friends, fairly tight knit and fun to be around -No prior knowledge required so easy to get hired -Raises are fairly easy to get as they are based on experience in your personal department
Cons
-The management is kind of a joke and nobody tells anybody anything -Warehouse employees feel expendable, replaceable, and unappreciated. At the same time, it feels like management has a hard time getting rid of problem employees as well -As useful as you may make yourself, nobody will notice or care -Department lead positions are a joke, and make no more than your average employee. When this has been brought up to upper management, they were hand-waved immediately. -Staff had to fight for industry standard benefits and PTO, which was only given after state mandated benefits were brought up to industry standards. -Nobody respects management in the slightest, which I saw as both a pro and a con. Pro because they did almost nothing deserving of respect, and con because nothing ever changed due to nobody caring enough to bring things up -If you are a programmer or plan on working in systems, do not apply. Systems team is far too small and paid far too little for the amount of work they do
