Pros

A good stepping stone to something else or to gain a little experience but you’ll hit a wall quickly Great product to sell but lots of worthy competition The people are good outside of the workplace Kind of flexible working but changing

Cons

Internally quite a toxic work culture Lots of negativity (often granted) because management is so poor Management is inexperienced and don’t give helpful guidance. Commission structure is set up in a way that if you fall behind a month or two it becomes impossible to earn commission so you end up bringing in deals and earning zero on them Prospecting will feel like a feeding frenzy against your colleagues, no set accounts or areas and very blurred lines on ownership of accounts Overall if a friend asked, I wouldn’t recommend working here unfortunately

- Strong product - Friendly team who is great to work with - Amazing office in middle of the loop in downtown Chicago

Cons

- Growing brand and in a very competitive market in NA, inbound motion is still a work in progress - 401(k) doesn't start until 6 months in

Pros

The product is really good, the team is awesome, some of the best coworkers i have ever worked with

Cons

Leadership has no idea what they are doing but expect world class results out of every employee when they have no idea what is going on and offer no support
