Internally quite a toxic work culture Lots of negativity (often granted) because management is so poor Management is inexperienced and don’t give helpful guidance. Commission structure is set up in a way that if you fall behind a month or two it becomes impossible to earn commission so you end up bringing in deals and earning zero on them Prospecting will feel like a feeding frenzy against your colleagues, no set accounts or areas and very blurred lines on ownership of accounts Overall if a friend asked, I wouldn’t recommend working here unfortunately
