5. I was invited for another chat and walk through of the office. By this time I had already gotten an offer.

Question 1
Several questions about my experience, why I want to work with data, and pretty standard, laid back interview questions.
Case interview was a SQL case with 3 tables: movies, actors and movie actors. I was asked to write a few SQL queries to extract things like a list of all movies starring a certain actor, or any movies starring 2 specific actors.

The interview was scheduled and done via video chat. A good presentation has been done. The interviewer was polite and friendly. The discution was seemless and a lot of subjects has been covered.

Interview
The recruitment process for a Senior position lasted approximately 10 weeks, characterized by several long communication gaps between stages.
There was a noticeable shift in expectations throughout the process. Initial high-level architectural discussions were later replaced by detail-oriented live coding tasks that did not seem to reflect the seniority of the role advertised.
Shortly after the Senior recruitment concluded, the listing was replaced by a "Trainee" position with a nearly identical tech stack and requirements. This raises questions about internal role definition and planning.
The final feedback was somewhat defensive and did not address the systemic inconsistencies pointed out during the process.
Advice to Management:
Better align the hiring process with the seniority of the roles being filled. If a position is focused on execution within a specific, pre-defined framework, it should be advertised accordingly to avoid wasting the time of Senior-level candidates. Improve transparency regarding role changes during the hiring cycle.
