Lots of opportunities but at the same time employee head count is too high so need to wait for long to get an oniste

No perks, its the only company where your salary will reduce if ur perofmance band goes down. Promotion policy has become more stringent by looking at the last 3 years performance band. Earlier, only the most recent performance band was considered for promotion
