      Complete Top to low Management is south Indian so definately Politics..Politics & Politics.... Low Transperency in Appraisal process Chennai been given Priority for Infrastructure project

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
