Pros
It may be a good company for people that are trying to go abroad from India in a short period of time. Also I think TATA Consultancy has one of the highest onsite ratio in terms of the number of people working in onsite-offshore model.
Cons
The salary is pathetic and work is too much. Performance reviews are not done in a fair way and a lot of politics is involved. Career development oppurtunities are very less. Getting quality work could be tough as a big share of company's revenue comes from application support. People working on application support have a very hard time as they get woken up during nights by offshore folks who don't know anything.
