Pros
They will pay you consistently and on time. Beyond that, my experience has been absolutely devoid of any positive experience.
Cons
They will promise you the world and the only thing they will deliver on will be the salary and benefits. The training they say you will receive is non-existent, any certifications they claim you will receive are unlikely to actually happen, your skill set will be ignored, and any location preferences you give them will be treated with contempt. Should you decide to bring any of these issues to the attention of management, you will be dismissed and told to do your job. This is a company that does not see its workers as people but rather as nameless resources to throw at their problems. They do not care if the employee is a good fit for the role.
