Pros
They provide flex-time and are considerate to your time. They have a tendency to be extremely hands-off. They have a huge present at Home Depot. They provide pay on a regulary bases.
Cons
The training is next to nothing. They are not interested in you future goals only the job at hand. Alot of the employees in the US are from India, so local hires don't have as much in common with the company. This makes comraderie next to none.
