      Health Insurance & Salary & Early Fridays.

      Cons

      An absolute train wreck. The company has no direction, and there is a lack of communication from upper management, leaving employees in the dark. People are quitting left and right, leaving others to do the work they left behind.

      We get to work from home most days.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks leadership abilities. No raises for years. You have to be in the right click to get any recognition or advance your career. HR dept is completely unsympathetic or helpful.
