Always have vacancy because of staff resignations

Cons

Intense micro management and bullying of staff that don't suck up. Middle and lower managers seems to run their department as their own private club. One rule for their favored staff and another for those they don't like. Senior managers send out message of team work but middle managers don't follow.

Nice office in Hong Kong and surprisingly strong brand reputation. Private equity ownership.

Cons

Poor strategic direction, continued selling commodity products and killed the brand with Walmart specific SKUs
