Pros
If you're young and are going through college or have not gone to college, working at Target can provide you with many opportunities for growth. Employees at Target seem a lot happier than those at Walmart.
Cons
Its retail. You don't get any real recognition for your achievements. Its pretty much a thankless job, but again its retail. You're easily replaceable so they feel like they can treat you badly and get away with it because you'll either stay with the job and take it like a man or you'll leave and the next person will step in and take your place
