Pros
One of the reasons I love working for this company is their support for their employees. Target provides great services for their internal customers to give them everything they need to be successful.
Cons
Particularly at my location, it is difficult to get my job done effectively due to environmental constraints. The amount of space we are given in our receiving area results in frustration with everybody from management to guests. It almost seems as though there is nothing that can be done about it.
