Good Position with a lot of Responsibility - Visual Merchandiser Target Employee Review

company has some very high expectations that are not always doable based on the time given, my store had issues with upper management and HR, had to fight to do the job as intended at my store, but I know this is not always the case at every location, I worked during covid and sometimes I felt like the precautions were lacking, so many staff were getting sick and harassed about coming back too quickly which spread the sickness around too much.
