Target OM - Operations Manager Target Employee Review

Need to find coverage to use vacation - so people can barely use the vacation they have since they are always short handed managers. Likes to pretend upper management listens to employees but the never do. They talk more than the execute. Everything comes from HQ so very little room for progress. Some room for growth but if you don't grow early on you probably never will.
