      If you're going to work retail, Target is decent and (at least at my store) treated its employees well

      It's retail so not a lot of flexibility in scheduling

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
