Pros
Pretty Decent Salary and a lot of career and personal development opportunities. Has some flexibility with work schedules for a retail business company along with good benefits.
Cons
Hours can be pretty long especially if placed in a store with a lot of areas of opportunity. Holiday's are tough and there is little flexibility with spending time with family during thanksgiving and christmas. Pay is good but they will work you pretty hard, leaders are expected to ramp up very quickly which causes a lot of retention issues.
