Target is a great place to work and get your feet in the door to a great career. If you are smart and can thrive in a very competitive work place Target is you place. Career development is great here - there are resources and opportunities to move up in your career. They treat their employees well and make sure hard work is rewarded.
Cons
Downfalls could include that it's a very fast pace environment and sometimes feelings are hurt and people are thrown under the bus. Competitive. Must put on a happy face pretty much all the time.
