Pros

flexible hours, promotion opportunties, employee appreciation: food, movies in the breakroom, activities,

Cons

if you are a team member (level 1) you work pretty much every weekend, they don't pay for uniforms but if you choose to wear something other than red and khaki they will give you a red vest and it can and will affect your performance review, the company is always making changes to drive profitability and efficiency but at the sacrifice of employee satisfaction and workplace morale. turnover is extremely high. Management is constantly coming and going. They put executives through the company's business college which is basically rose-colored lenses about Target. Then when these execs get into the field they quit within 6 months to 1.5 years. Executives have to work long hours a minimum of 10 hours per day on salary and usually have to travel long distances from their homes to work without travel pay. Most exec travel approx. 1 hour.
